All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any DNA or drug testing services once an appointment has been scheduled and payment has been processed.

 

Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may not be accommodated and may require a new booking.

 

No-call, no-show appointments will be considered forfeited. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be required to book and pay for a new appointment.
